Video shows the moment there was an explosion aboard a 751-foot cargo ship on Monday in Baltimore’s harbor, near the site where the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed last year. It was hauling coal and leaving the harbor when it experienced what appeared to be a fire and explosion, according to the Baltimore City Fire Department.
