This glimpse into Edvard Munch’s exhibition at Equitable Palast in Berlin around the turn of the year 1892/93 is the earliest photograph of any Munch exhibition, the only one from the 1890s and the closest one comes to a visual impression of the scandal-ridden exhibition at "Verein Berliner Künstler" a few weeks earlier.
