Spam Musubi - the perfect snack made with a slice of spam to top of a block of rice and wrapped in nori (seaweed) Ingredients: 1 can of Spam 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp oil 1 pack large seaweed sheets About 2-3 cups cooked rice (depends on how thick you want the rice) Cut spam into about 6-7 even pieces. Make sauce by adding soy sauce, sugar and mirin. Pan fry the Spam, cook for 2 minutes on each side and add the sauce. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
