Customer had internet issues. At&t technician replaces the modem. Next day, internet goes down. The wiring is bad with bad ethernet terminations. Used an unused nearby cat6 cable to reconnect the modem to the ONT Fiber Box. Made the correct RJ45 connections. Now its working better and faster!
