Anthropic has released Claude Cowork. A new “general agent” mode in Claude, that is designed for non-technical users who don’t have any coding knowledge but want to automate tasks on their computer. You simply describe the task using a clear, simple prompt. Give Claude access to a specific folder on your computer, and then Claude plans the steps and executes them.
