Although it might not seem that a baby needs exercise but it's important that we start exercises that will help in strengthing muscles and coordination of Movement. There are a variety of exercises you can start with, These are a few to start with the limb. Excercise can be started as early as 4 weeks if the baby was born full term. This is a great exercise that you can do with your baby to strengthen their upper extremities and also bond with your baby at the same time! ⭐️It can be started around 4-5 months old! Don’t worry if your baby can’t keep their arms straight when you first try the exercise.
