US President Donald Trump on Monday said the United States and India have reached a trade agreement, under which reciprocal tariffs will be reduced from 25 per cent to 18 per cent.

President Donald Trump said on Monday that the United States had reached a trade agreement with India that would sharply reduce American tariffs on Indian goods, in exchange for India halting purchases of Russian oil and lowering trade barriers.
