DETROIT – A man has died after a house fire early Monday morning in Detroit. The fire happened at a home in the area of John R Street and McNichols Road on Jan. 26, 2026, at around 5 a.m. When crews arrived at the scene, they saw heavy flames coming from the back of the house.
